Get empowered at Yoga games
- ”Yogapractice gives you the tools to love yourself deeply. It has allowed me to move out of a life full of fear and shame into one that's full of love”, says MacKenzie Miller, an international yogateacher who travels around the world to teach yoga. She is coming to Sweden in February to teach at Yoga Games in Stockholm.
How was Yoga Games 2014?
Last year I taught at Yoga Games in Gothenburg and had the time of my life. The students were all so enthusiastic and loving not to mention that the other presenters were phenomenal!
What's the difference teaching in Sweden?
The hardest part about teaching Scandinavians is converting inches to centimeters but luckily this year I'm prepared! :)
Have you planned what you are going to do at Yoga Games in Stockholm?
I haven't decided exactly what I'll be teaching yet but I can guarantee that there will be opportunities to get upside-down on your hands. I am also planning some juicy flexibility classes.
What can everyone expect from your classes?
When people walk out of my class I hope they feel empowered, whether they have tried a pose that previously scared them or that they feel inspired to take a risk in their lives. I hope people leave realizing the power of their true potential.
How would you describe your way of teaching?
An empowered flow with an emphasis on anatomy and alignment.
What's most important for you to share about yoga?
