Get curious about the nuances in your breathing pattern. In this breathing meditation, you'll be moving consciously with your breath – cultivating focus and ease. By connecting with the primary breathing muscles, you'll move, and strengthen your breathing, expanding and nurturing your breath.
You will begin by connecting to your physical body, expanding the rib cage, and engaging the breathing muscles. By gently stretching your breathing muscles, and your senses, you'll start to balance the nervous system, which will benefit your respiratory power. Sit on a chair or lay down during the meditation, make sure you have the spine erected.
