You'll get to bring your inner smile to different parts of your body, sending a feeling of awareness and loving kindness to yourself.
You can listen to the meditation in a seated position – on a chair or a pillow on the floor, and you don't need any meditation experience to practice this class, this is a meditation for everyone.
