Take a meditative walk through the seven chakras in your body – from the ground and up. You'll be exploring layer after layer, witnessing your thoughts and feelings, and nurturing your areas of need. Ulrica will lead you in this meditative practice, using your body and your breath as anchors, cultivating responsiveness and awareness. To each chakra, you will be given a mantra to deepen the energy and experience.
Take a seat on a chair or seat yourself against the wall before starting the class. This a meditation for you who have some experience in meditation, or are curious about going deeper into the philosophy of chakras.
