Prenatal pilates for all trimesters

This is a class for you to come back to again and again during your pregnancy. You get a lot of options to keep your training going through all trimesters. Make sure you listen to your body and make the modifications that you need. The practice starts sitting, connecting to your breath and abdominals and after that you will be on all fours, lying on your side and on your back.
Emma will show you how, and when, to use the props. A chair or something to sit on and a pillow can be helpful for this class.
