Advanced Teacher Training 300h - ISHTA Yoga

Become a modern yogi rooted in the Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda.

This advanced teacher training program is designed to greatly enhance your understanding of ISHTA Yoga and refine your skills as a teacher. The 300-Hour program is for students who have successfully completed a 200-Hour program and wish to pursue a career in teaching yoga. There are three modules included in this program: personal study, apprenticeship, and in-training studies. Please note that a significant commitment outside the advertised meeting times is required for certification.

Our 300-Hour programs are all taught under the guidance of Yogiraj Alan Finger and his senior teaching staff.

The curriculum includes:

Bridge

If have you completed a 200-Hour training outside of the ISHTA lineage and wish to participate in 300-Hour training, enrollment in the Bridge Program is required. If you can not attend the Bridge program on site, then we offer the Bridge program for home studies, through a manual and CD with lectures.  Bridge program is 4500 SEK, but if you also register for the 300 hr program, it is 2500 SEK. 

Format of training

300 hr Training dates:
3 modules of 180 hrs of in class training.

• Modul 1: 15-21 February 2016
• Modul 2: 23-29 May 2016
• Modul 3: 12-18 september 2016

In between the different modules, you go through an Apprenticeship of at least 76 hrs of in-class assisting, mentor meetings, asana skill labs, one -on -ones and in- class privates. You also go through a personal teaching and study of 50 hrs with homework, reading, teaching practice and also do a research project of your choice.
