Jag fick frågan på Facebook av min bff Monika Björn vad som gör mig lycklig. Här är mina svar till henne. Vad gör dig lycklig? Här har du min top-10 lista just nu. Dessa rader är skrivna på engelska, men jag hoppas självklart att det är ok med dig som läser detta. Read and flow!
1. LOVE
Is something you share! And it makes me both humble and happy that I get to share it with some amazing beings I've always loved hard and deep but the last year beats all records.
2. Humour
One must be able to laugh, otherwise what's the point?! My sense of humour has taken me far in life, would definitely say that it's a vital part of my success.
3. Movement
Without it I would be a bitch (just ask those close to me). I move because I have to. I don't always feel like it, but once I get going I'm like a child and you have to pull me away from the activity screaming and kicking.
4. Beauty
Comes in many forms and I'm obsessed with it. In everything from my training gear, the daily lunch, the coffe place, the handbag. I'm not interested in commercial beauty, I have my own interpretation and for me it lies in the details.
5. Power
Amazes ME, Fuels ME and excites my Spirit.
6. Honesty/Truth
The RAW unedited one. I find myself looking for it everywhere. Although it might be unpleasant in the moment I find that it always brings happiness in the long run.
7. Creativity
What would be the point without it? I cannot imagine a life without creativity, I thank my mother @kontrastlena for this treasure.
8. Passion
I'm an endless romantic, wildly passionate, like in the movies, the lyrics, the posters. The deeper the better. If you are not passionate about your subject, don't even bother approaching me.
9. Contrasts
It's all about contrasts. The opposite of happiness is bored in my vocabulary. I need some chocolate to my raw food, some house music to my mantras, some running to my yoga.
10. Intuition
Every time I listen to her I'm guided toward happiness. It has taken me some time and I still have to draw back from society to hear her more clearly which I sometimes forget in all the FUN... But it is YOU, when you dare to go with your intuition you remind and inspire me to do the same so THANK YOU.
