Supine and seated meditation
This session consists of two parts. The first part begins with a 5-minute meditation in a supine resting position to help ground the body and mind. The second part of the session will introduce a 5-minute seated meditation. This session is partly guided by the teacher, additionally you will receive time to meditate in silence as well.
