Hockey Yoga 101 (Part 1)
The work here is to create stability and strength in a greater range of movement, strengthening the body in "ytterlägen" full extension. Hence we will work on releasing tension patterns to make the body move better as a unit and strengthen the body as a whole not separating different parts. This can increase both agility and balance and works as great injury prevention.
