THE HEALTHY SILENCE  

- The value of reducing noise. For increased mental and sensual recovery and strengthening of health.
(Workshop will be taught in english) 

How does one grow and heal as an individual and human? What is the impact of noise and busyness -actually- on our nervous system? And can we with involving more silence and different aspects of reflection - actually increase our health and well being. YES. Quite much so.   

The relationship with oneself shines through in the encounter with the outside world and with yoga. Personal development must be allowed to take its time and not be rushed. However, through many yogic techniques we can do this more proactively than reactively by increasing self-awareness, body presence and insight. For this, it is required that we work with our attention and ability to focus.

This workshop is for anyone who wishes to know more about the inner practice in the form of silence, focus, reflection and concentration and encounter exciting methods and techniques to train those nuances of yourself. And learn about the latest techniques. ancient methods as well as the most prominent science in the field.  We will partly dive into the so-called Mouna practice, about why active silent reflection can bring increased sharpness and clarity in the mind, increase presence and ability to concentrate, improve circulation and reduce inflammation in the body. The workshop entail asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy and lecture on science.

Who can join and how does it work?

This workshop is hosted by Ulrica Norberg and is taught in english. As a Yogobe member you get a 30% discount (450 SEK) on this online workshop.
The workshop is divided into two sessions, Fri afternoon and Saturday. Only one confirmation e-mail and one reminder e-mail will be sent out, only on Friday. In the confirmation e-mail you get the zoom link for Friday afternoon session and another zoom link for the Saturday session.
