This programme will combine all the best from yoga and our hospitality in the Norwegian fjords.

Three different programs spread along the summer, they will make your yoga and meditation retreat the perfect moment for you.

    • 16-18: 00 Arrival / Check-in

    • 20: 30-21: 00 Evening Yoga / Meditation
    • Own time / Enjoy the Spa: Sauna and Jacuzzi
  • Day 2
    • 6:30 Bathing in the Arctic sea before morning practice for those who want it
    • 7: 00-7: 45 Morning meditation/breathing exercises
    • 8:00 Breakfast buffet
    • 10: 00-11: 30 Yoga. Vinyasa
    • 12:30 Lunch
    • Own time / Enjoy the mountains and nature
    • 17: 00-18: 30 Yoga. Yin. Focus on relaxation/recovery
    • 19:00 Dinner
    • Own time / Enjoy the Spa: Sauna and Jacuzzi
  • Day 3

About the instructor

Mariell has a background in the traditions of Bikram and Ashtanga yoga. Her classes are known to be dynamic, creative, and playful, and is conveyed with presence and warmth. They bring about calming, strengthening, and harmonic effects in both body and mind. A class with Mariell will enrich and inspire.

Mariell is a certified teacher of yoga with Yoga Alliance International. Her experience spans over 15 years as a practitioner and instructor. Following her education as a teacher of yoga in 2005, she has studied with several international teachers, such as Laughing Lotus New York City (Lotus Flow), Shiva Rea (Vinyasa Prana Flow), Sarah Powers (Yin Yoga), Sarah Granström (Pranayama) and many more.

Besides her work as a graphic designer and teacher of yoga, Mariell enjoys spending time surfing on the ocean or skiing in the mountains.
