How Anusara Yoga works

Anusara is sanskrit and means ”flowing with grace” or ”following your heart”. The classes are performed in a vinyasa flow and are often laid-back but still challenging. Focus is on the Universal Principles of Alignment (UPAs). UPAs are a set of biomechanical principles that brings the body in alignment to create flow in the body. One of the key aspects of Anusara is the life-affirming philosophy that is applicable both in your practice as well as in your daily life. When you center on breathing, movement and meditation, you will open your inner creativity, strength and energy.
