About this session

Tänk på att inte gå för djupt, närma dig och utforska positionerna långsamt, ungefär som när du smakar på något som är helt nytt för dig.

Genom att praktisera långsam yoga där vi håller positionerna en längre stund blir vi medvetna om våra mönster, såväl kroppsliga som mentala. I yinyogan arbetar vi just så, vi närmar oss en position med närvaro, stannar kvar och lär oss att lyssna till kroppen och dess behov, vi lär oss att lyssna till pratet och förhålla oss till det.

Hillevi has been working for more than 20 years as a Physical Physiotherapist (Physio). She is also a Yoga Teacher and educates other yoga teachers in yoga anatomy.
