Given the potent nature of yoga, yoga classes do not need to be long to create great benefits. Follow this sequence, or feel free to add extra poses that you feel will further benefit you. Grounding means both sensing the body's contact with the ground and actively bringing the mind to the body as a mode to reduce stress, rumination, and fear.
