Shakti Yoga – Feminine awakening

Saraswati. Goddess of the sacred river and divine flow who clears our channel and opens our creativity. We call on her to find our true voice and to access the Divine wisdom that we carry inside. When we work with Saraswati we cultivate trust and receptivity, opening to our psychic nature as we become the vessel for the Divine. Feel where you seek her medicine now. Perhaps you feel blocked and need to dive back into the flow, or to begin to channel the information that is always flowing through you, through your writing, your dance, your voice. Be open to the journey you are here to receive with the Goddess and enjoy the magic that comes through.

SARASWATI PLAYLIST – Once you have embodied her energy allow your body to move with her. Use this Spotify playlist to journey deeper, her energy guiding your movement as you breathe her into your cells. Allow yourself to come alive as Saraswati as you receive her transmission. This is an extension of the practice as usually when Sarah-Jane works with embodiment there is always an element of somatic movement, and the music is curated to help your process.
