Morning Meditation with Ulrica Norberg

Brighten your day, build up mental clarity and reduce stress with this gentle yoga & meditation class. Focus on breath, alignment of the spine, hips & shoulders.

Who is this LIVE class for?
For everyone who is eager to give their brain, nervous system, body and soul a well needed power boost. 

How to prepare yourself?
Remember to prepare yourself with props - to give your body the right conditions to settle down. Make sure you have a mat, something to sit on (either a meditation cushion, bolster or a pair of cushions).
