About this session
A guided meditation that is practiced in a comfortably seated position. The session focus on cultivating a sense of calm and grounding by bringing the attention to the physical experience of the body as well as the breath. The session includes the introduction of the Sanskrit mantra Soham, meaning “I am”, which is quietly repeated throughout the meditation to connect with one’s deeper sense of being.
Feel free to sit on a chair, or on the floor on a pillow or a blanket.
