About this session

En guidad övning som du kan använda för att öka din kroppskännedom samtidigt som du tränar på att möta kroppen med medkänsla och tacksamhet. Den kan även användas för avslappning och nedvarvning. Kan utföras sittande men passar allra bäst att göra liggande. Detta är en övning som kan väcka mycket känslor, både positiva och svåra.

Övningen ingår även som en del i Monas 12 veckors stressprogram för mentalt välbefinnande. I programmet får du stöd och vägledning för att förebygga eller hantera stress, alternativt påbörja din inre resa tillbaka vid utmattning.
