About this session

Ett yogaflöde med tre vågor som alla utgår från samma ställningar. Våg 1 utförs statiskt, våg 2 dynamiskt och våg nummer tre bygger upp till denna sekvens peakposition – huvudstående. Tänk på att huvudstående är en utmanande position, ta dig tid att slipa på din teknik och stärka upp bland annat axlar och core för att göra den på ett säkert sätt.

MOJO Yoga brukar beskrivas som enkelt men tuff. En mojoyogaklass är både effektiv och fysisk och du får jobba med både styrka och rörlighet. Passar dig som är van vid att träna och vill ha en mer fysisk form av yoga.

Monika has worked in the training industry, both nationally and internationally, for almost 20 years – as an instructor, entrepreneur, concept developer, motivator, educator, inspector, coach, mentor and personal trainer.
