En enkel meditation som kan utövas när som helst och var som helst för att bli mer närvarande.

About the instructor

Josefine Dyall

Josefine har rest världen över och delat hundratals Soul Space retreats. Idag driver hon yogacentret Lyckhem utanför Stockholm, där hon också bor med sin familj. Med sin fantastiska utstrålning och värme sprider hon på ett lekfullt sätt yoga och meditation för att guida andra till ett ökat välmående.
