About this session

Andning är ju något vi sällan lägger märke till i vardagen men i yogan gör vi just det – vi observerar och ofta även kontrollerar andetaget för att utnyttja det på bästa vis. I denna video lär vi oss en magisk andningsteknik som på Sanskrit kallas ujjayi pranayam. Ett andetag som sker in och även ut genom näsan samtidigt som vi skapar ett viskade ljud i halsen. Vi tittar på detta andetag i 2 steg. Först var i kroppen vi vill andas och sen hur vi hittar det viskade ljudet.

En övning för dig som är ny till yoga och vill lära dig en andningsteknik som kan användas som just en andningsövning, men som i många yogaformer även används under hela yogaklassen.

About the instructor

Josefine Dyall

Josefine has traveled the world and shared hundreds of Soul Space retreats. Now she runs the yoga center Lyckhem outside Stockholm, where she also lives with her family. With her fantastic radiance and warmth, she playfully spreads yoga and meditation to guide others to increased well-being.

Anna Gordh Humlesjö

With her bubbly personality and inspiration from among other things dance and her education within positive psychology, Anna spreads warmth and love through her yoga. Her classes always contain a lot of joyful movement and compassion.
