Eleonora has taught yoga since 2008. She is a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) and registered as an E-RYT 500 through Yoga Alliance. Eleonora is an accredited Yoga Teacher Training director – developing and running 200-hour teacher trainings in both London and Stockholm including continuous professional development courses for yoga teachers.
Eleonoras has worked with trauma-adapted yoga, including work for the organization Solace Women's Aid, where she specifically worked with women exposed to sexual violence and abuse. She also taught trauma adapted yoga for vulnerable youths for the Body and Soul organization during spring 2018.
For the sake of simplicity, Eleonoras’ style of yoga can be named as hatha yoga, however, her hatha yoga classes are multi-dimensional in nature. Movement, breath, touch, sound and poetry weaved together into a well-rounded embodied experience. Each session takes you on a journey of creative inquiry where every action is purposefully weaved into the next at a slow and steady pace. Her yoga classes involve a strong emphasis on focus, transitions, energy and curiosity.
Eleonora holds a BA (Hons) in Contemporary Dance from London Contemporary Dance School and a Masters in Effective Learning and Teaching from the Institute of Education, University College of London (UCL).
She continues her depth of study through her PhD studies at The Department of Education, Society and Practice at the Institute of Education at University College London.
