Pilates Workout – introduction

The pilates workout-serie is created for you to get an effective all round training. Emma will guide you through four classes with different focus – matwork, standing, kneeling and seated. You can do them separately or as a workout series.
The whole series is completed with the workshop on five basic principles in pilates. Start with the workshop to get the best results with your training.

Emma kommer ursprungligen från Arizona, USA, nu bor hon i Göteborg och undervisar i pilates på Pilates Complete där hon håller roliga och lättsamma klasser. Pilates är Emmas passion – hon älskar att lära sig och utveckla sin praktik.
