Life Force: Meditation
One component of Life Force is meditation. Everybody should take time out once a day to meditate. Meditaiton doenst need to be in the louts pose for an hour. Your mediation can be anything you make out of it. It can be to go out in the nature, or sitt in a tub and light some candles. The most important thing is to take the time out to actually do nothing.
