Meditation & deep rest
The meditation is practiced sitting on a chair, or alternatively on the floor. The meditation time is 20 minutes. The practice is to observe and sustain your attention on the action and sensation of breathing for an extended period of time. This session is partly guided by the teacher, additionally you will receive time to meditate in silence as well.
