Inspelning: After Work Yin

Come ground yourself and unwind after the week! Through gentle movement and deep breaths, we will integrate our experiences from the week past, release what no longer serves us, and anchor ourselves into the present moment for the weekend we have ahead of us.

We will explore both stillness and movement through soft yin yoga poses and the spaces in between – giving ourselves room to pause, connect deeply with our breath, and cultivate a strong inner sense of support to carry forward.

🎵 Inna creates a new music playlist for each class and on her Spotify account, it is marked with the date for the current class.

Detta är en del av Yogobes veckoschema. Klassen ingår för alla betalande medlemmar men du är givetvis välkommen att delta oavsett. Enstaka klasser kostar 99 kr.
