Pilates Barre – legs & hips

Combine strength and mobility in this sweaty legwork class. The focus is on the lower body – hips, knees, buttocks, and ankles. Get ready for a lovely practice, creating sweat and energy.
During the class, you'll need something to hold on to, as a substitute for the barre. We suggest a chair or a stair railing. If you don't have any weights available you can use two filled water bottles.

Emma kommer ursprungligen från Arizona, USA, nu bor hon i Göteborg och undervisar i pilates på Pilates Complete där hon håller roliga och lättsamma klasser. Pilates är Emmas passion – hon älskar att lära sig och utveckla sin praktik.
