Get ready for a quick core challenge! In this Pilates Barre class, you'll be focusing on your upper body, strengthening your core – from the inside and out.
If you want some extra burn you can use weights (or filled water bottles) during the class. You'll be standing the whole class and will need something to hold on to as a substitute for the barre, as suggested a chair or a stair railing.
Pilates Barre is a fun and effective workout. With the pilates technique as a base and with inspiration from dance and functional movement Pilates Barre strengthens the whole body. Check out all of Emma's classes in the series Pilates Barre.

Emma kommer ursprungligen från Arizona, USA, nu bor hon i Göteborg och undervisar i pilates på Pilates Complete där hon håller roliga och lättsamma klasser. Pilates är Emmas passion – hon älskar att lära sig och utveckla sin praktik.
