About this session

Det finns flera fördelar med att träna pilates under graviditeten. Du bygger upp kroppen för att orka bära de extra kilon som kroppen lägger på sig och orka bära din bebis. Lågintensitetsträning för den djupa bukmuskulaturen samt andning och övningar som är väl anpassade till den växande magen är några saker vi fokuserar på. Under förlossningen behöver du kraft och det är också viktigt att kunna slappna av ordentligt, med gravidpilates får du båda delarna. Att träna pilates kan också hjälpa dig att snabbare komma tillbaka till fysiskt efter födseln.

Jasmin is, along with Linda Ahlgren, the founder and owner of Pilates Complete. She is a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor and teaches pre and postnatal pilates training for groups and to individuals.
