About this session

En meditation för att utforska andningens rörelse i din kropp. Ulrica börjar med att gå igenom olika alternativ för position att utföra denna meditation. Vi släpper alla tidigare tekniker vi lärt oss och fokuserar här på att utforska rörelsen i din naturliga andning. Kan utföras sittande på golvet eller stol alternativt liggande.

Ulrica Liavor

Ulrica Liavor is a popular yoga teacher and former musician who, based on her own experiences of illness and pain, developed the soft yoga forms HoliYoga, HoliYoga Röst (Voice yoga) and HoliYoga Hormone (Hormonal yoga). With her holistic point of view, these yoga forms are adapted to everybody.
