About this session

Mjuk sekvens anpassad för att väcka kroppen på morgonen. Hjälper energin att börja flöda längs din ryggrad och ger dig en skön start på dagen. Klassen utförs liggande och sittande och fokuserar på övningar som rör din ryggrad i olika riktningar.
