Ett lugnt, ryggliggande hathayogapass med fokus på höft och ländrygg till skön musik. Passet avslutas med en andningsövning och avslappning.

Detta är en klass för dig som vill ha en lugn stund för att varva ner och mjukna i baksida lår, höfter och rygg. Det passar även bra för dig som har svårt att exempelvis belasta händer/handleder då det utförs liggande på rygg.
