About this session

Lift your spirits when you feel low, depressed or in need of energy with a slow and gentle flow. This class is designed to work as pre-asanas for the Yoga nidra Lift your spirits meditation, but the sequence can also be done on its own. Start with this preparing slow and relaxing asana sequence and then move on to the guided yoga nidra, or other meditation, sequence.

Mona Anand

Monas experience and knowledge within Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Ayurveda makes her a popular teacher at workshops and teacher trainings around the world. She leads workshops and yoga teacher trainings around the world and is one of ISHTA Yoga's Yogiraj masters, initiated by Alan Finger.
