About this session

För att ha ett öppet hjärta behöver vi en stark rygg, stärk upp ryggen på ett smart sätt för sköna bakåtböjningar. En klass för dig som yogat ett tag och vill fördjupa dig i bakåtböjningar, eller bara vill få ett skönt träningspass för ryggen. Klassen utför mestadels liggande på mage, samt några övningar på alla fyra.
