In this Yin Yoga class, Sam Aziz invites you into a meditative journey through stillness, presence, and gentle softening. With long, passive holds, you’re encouraged to release tension, settle into your body, and meet yourself with patience and care. A class were you’ll explore how slowing down can awaken a deeper awareness of breath and sensation. Each posture becomes an opportunity to listen, feel, and let go, layer by layer.
This session is ideal for moments when you need to unwind, recover, or reconnect with your inner self. No previous experience needed — only a willingness to pause and be.
Use a blanket, bolster and blocks to support the body during the class.
