Session 3 - Sweat & Release
In these sessions Linus Johansson will guide you through three progressive SOMA MOVE experiences. The first session of this course is a little bit easier and targeted at beginners. The second session gives you a little bit more challenge and the last class is really tough. You will be flowing through strong, beautiful movements. Barefoot. Breathing in harmony with your movement. Free from thoughts. The sweat dripping onto the mat. You will be feeling great, powerful and graceful. Breathe and enjoy!
