This pranayama, breathing technique, is a practice of understanding the anatomy of the breath and bringing that awareness into the body. It is a great base for a successful pranayama practice and the recommendation is to master this before stepping into any other techniques. The class starts with an introduction to the technique and ends with savasana, a relaxation.
