A short and simple sequence that includes two restorative resting postures that serve to activate the body’s relaxation response to help de-stress the nervous system. You will hold the resting postures for a longer period of time to encourage rest and recovery for the body and mind.
A short and sweet afternoon practice if you feel tired and drowsy with limited time for recovery and rest. It is also a suitable practice to do before bedtime if you feel high on energy and would like to wind down before sleep.
