Inspelning: Yin & Yoga Nidra

A slow, deeply restorative class that combines two of the most powerful practices for rest and renewal.

In the first part, we melt into Yin yoga; long-held, supported postures that target the deeper tissue, joints and fascia. Each pose is an invitation to soften, connect to your breath and meet yourself where you are.

We close with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practiced lying down, sometimes called “yogic sleep”. It’s one of the most effective tools we have for nervous system restoration, helping you drop into a good night's sleep. For many, this is where the body remembers it’s safe to relax. The intention of this practice is to leave you feeling more at home within yourself.

You’re welcome exactly as you are. No experience needed.
