About Yoga Run

Yogarun is a fantastic event for mind, body and soul. We don’t give you any medals but you get a lovely community, self awareness and inner calm.

Yogarun will be on the exercise field at Skatås on Saturday 17 June. 5 km race will go on gravel on Skatås paths, start and finish are at the tent, the stage at the exercise field. Yoga and meditation will be in tents on the floor if there is bad weather and only with the floor if there is good weather. Restrooms, food and the opportunity to fill up the water is at Skatås gym.

5 KM Run
Run, walk, jump or crawl, it does not matter, just cross the finish line.

Yoga
75 mins lovely yoga with DJs lovely rhythm. It does not matter if you do yoga for the ten-thousandth time or the first time, you will find the rhythm.

Meditation
A 30 minutes long meditation will get your head clear, and get a relaxed body and tail end of this Yogarun.

You Swish your payment of 450 SEK (550 SEK after June 1) via Swish 123 315 81 28 (East-Westcoast AB) Enter name + email + start group (1 or 2). Email confirmation/receipt will be sent out every Monday.
