A tutorial video going through the technique and alignment cues for Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana (Hand-to-Big-Toe-Pose) so that you can adjust your practice depending on your level of experience or possible limitations in the body.
This pose has the following elements in it: strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination and balance. Respect your limitations but welcome transformation and evolving in the pose. Even after many years of practice you will and can fall out of this position. This too is part of the practice.
