What is Run, Flow, Let Go?

Run, Flow, Let Go is a concept that weaves together uplifting, challenging and energizing movements designed to strengthen your body and improve your cardio health along with techniques to release emotional tension. Neo Moreton has created the concept with inspiration from tabata and the tri-activity fitness format. Original and fun – Run, Flow, Let Go will for sure raise your heart rate and lift your spirits!

How does it work?

Each session has three rounds and each round has three steps:

  • RUN: Cardio-strengthening exercises based on running and interval techniques.
  • FLOW: Yoga-inspired movement linked to breathing.
  • LET GO: Techniques for expressing and letting go of stagnant energy.

The LET GO sessions have different focus on accessing and letting go of any of the primary emotions - MAD, SAD, BAD or GLAD. The session always ends with moving into the emotion of GLAD by celebrating with wild free dance!

In each step there are ON & OFF times. When you are ON, give everything in high-intensity intervals. After each interval comes an OFF period with much-needed rest! The ratio between ON / OFF is 2: 1 where the ON time is always twice as long as the OFF time.

Each class is around five minutes long. If you want a longer practice, you can combine different classes or repeat a class a few times.
