Create a harmonic resonance between the head and the heart in this breathing meditation. Amir shares an exercise from the old oriental self-healing practices – tapping the cortis. The tapping method is a potent way to communicate with the body to wake up and feel presence, sending signals to the brain to wake up and stimulate the master glands.
It's recommended to have some experience with breathing practices. If you are new to this, be mindful and listen to yourself.
