What

Welcome to spend a weekend to open the heart both physically and emotionally to all the already existing blessings in your life. The more you open your heart to the feeling of gratitude, the more you will attract into your life to be thankful for.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa flow is a dynamic and creative yoga form, with challenges on many
levels. It is suitable for all levels, there will be alternatives and options throughout the flow. The intention is to listen to your body and to honour what the body can do, rather than what it can't or what it might look like. There will also be challenges provided for those who wish to deepen their physical yoga practice.

Yin Yoga

The physical part of yoga is a form of moving meditation. Moving mindfully from one position to the next while synchronizing movement with breath. The breath is a powerful tool, anchoring us in the present moment. Through breathing exercises and yin yoga, a more calming yoga form, we will practice surrendering in stillness.

Gratitude

Throughout the sequences I will guide you through different areas in life which we can cultivate gratitude for, to deepen our present moment awareness. This will be done by focusing on feeling gratitude, feeling the breath, the flow, the pose, rather than being caught up in the mind during the practice.
