About this session

Nybörjarflow som lägger grunden för din fortsatta praktik. Tempot är lite långsammare och klassen bygger på grundläggande nybörjarpositioner där fokus ligger på ett hitta rätt teknik och känsla i dem. Du får jobba i genom hela kroppen med asanas (yogapositioner), pranayama (andningsövningar) och avslutande meditation.

En klass för dig som är ny till yoga eller som yogat lite och vill testa på globalyoga, en yogaform med rötterna i bland annat vinyasa flow / vinyasayoga, det vill säga en flödande form av yoga .
