About this session

15 välinvesterade minuter där v koncentrerar oss på de områden där både löpare och cyklister ofta känner sig stela i - nämligen bröstrygg, höfter samt fotleder. Passet utförs med fördel direkt efter det vanliga träningspasset, när du redan är uppvärmd, men kan även användas som rörlighetsträning anpassad för cyklister och löpare andra dagar, värm gärna upp kroppen innan.
