The practice involves bringing attention to different parts of the body, noticing present moment sensations in the body, and to consciously allow for the body to rest and drop into a state of relaxation. The meditation also explores the sensation and movement of the breath as a way to connect with the deeper and more subtle sensations of the body.

Feel free to use a blanket, a bolster and an eye pillow to set yourself up comfortably.
