About this session

Guidas i en restorative yogaklass som passar vid PMS och klimakteriebesvär. Att drabbas av PMS, och att komma in i klimakteriet, är passager i en kvinnas liv som ofta innebär humörsvängningar och kroppsliga förändringar som kan vara svåra att ta sig igenom. Här kan yoga vara till stor hjälp. Positionerna påverkar våra organ och körtlar, vilket kan lindra besvären och kan bidra till att minska hormonsvängningarna. Den djupare andningen gör att vi kan slappna av och vår upplevelse av smärta och oro minskar. Ha gärna block, bolster eller kuddar, filtar och en stol nära till hands.

Du kan göra denna klass både vid besvär men också i förebyggande syfte ett par gånger i veckan.
