About this session

Det finns ingen entydig hormonell status som kan vara en utgångspunkt för hur vi tolkar PMS, det finns olika ”sorter” och dessa tas ställning till individuellt. I HoliYoga Hormon utgår vi ifrån att stress är en av de största orsakerna till PMS. I en övergripande klass, som passar de flesta, jobbar vi då på att lugna binjurarna, även stimulera dem mjukt aktivera sköldkörteln skönt flöde i sakralen (höfter, bäcken, äggstockar, livmoder och yoni). Stressen kan göra äggstockarna stelare, de rör sig inte mjukt och dynamiskt, motståndet påverkar och därför hittar vi i passet flöden som öppnar mjukhet, meridianer och positioner som kan lindra mensvärk.

Ulrica Liavor

Ulrica Liavor is a popular yoga teacher and former musician who, based on her own experiences of illness and pain, developed the soft yoga forms HoliYoga, HoliYoga Röst (Voice yoga) and HoliYoga Hormone (Hormonal yoga). With her holistic point of view, these yoga forms are adapted to everybody.
