This class focuses on strengthening the parasympathetic nervous system, which is the rest and digest system in your body. A full-body sequence where we move slowly in connection with our breath. Blocks, a bolster or pillow and a blanket can be useful props during this class.
A great class for the days when you need to unwind, restore and de-stress more mindfully and sustainably.
About the instructor
Ulrica is one of Sweden's pioneers in yoga and has written several books and articles both in Sweden and abroad. Ulrica has also educated over 500 yoga teachers in Scandinavia.
